HIRING: Siding Contractor

Are you a Contractor with soffit and fascia skills and are you looking to make money? We are local investors and are flipping a 1175 sq. ft. cottage. Previous work has already been done to repair siding, fascia, and soffits, but it still needs to be tightened up. We are looking for a Contractor with helper to: * install metal trim to cover roof overhang * rework/replace soffit as needed to seal the soffits * cover exposed fascia boards with fascia * inspect all soffit and fascia joints and seal, as needed * install gutters and downspouts on utility room and Master bath bump-out * adjust gutter over storage room to correct excessive slope * Extend attic room downspouts to feed to lower gutters * Caulk j-mold around windows and doors * Seal holes and gaps in siding We are looking for 2 men for 1 day, and are paying $600 for labor only (we will pay for all materials and have on-site).
