Mom Prom Clark County is BACK! This ladies-only dance party benefits Dolly Parton's Imagination Library and is presented by The Rotary Club of Arkadelphia-Sunrise. Women (moms or not!) who are 21 and over are invited to wear something fabulous (attendees in 2019 wore everything from new evening gowns to old prom-style dresses to denim!) and join us for the mother of all parties.
