can you fix these gates

need some repair on these gates at my driveway. They rub the concrete and are bowed out at the top and the bottom. They are not old, only a couple months old. I have several other things that need to be done. You can come look at it and we can discuss a price. Thanks PLEASE, IF YOU DONT HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE ON THE GATES AND HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS, DONT RESPOND. NO HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANIES.
