Currently available: texel siamese based splash, angora chocolate roan/merle, black texel, blue texel, fuzzy (“hairless”) Rad Mousery is a small scale operation that aims to be able to provide healthier, friendlier mice than what you can get at a pet store. All of our mice are bred as pets only, with dedication to proper husbandry and care. They are socialized in a home environment. The mice are housed on aspen and provided wheels, hides, chews, and nesting materials. They are fed a high quality species appropriate diet (Mazuri) with supplemental protein for moms and growing pups. All pups are health and temperament checked before they go to their new homes. Male mice must each have their own separate enclosure as they are territorial. Females must live in pairs or more. A ten gallon tank with a metal lid is a good minimum enclosure size for 1-2 mice, but a 20 long will provide much more room for enrichment!
