Stand Up Paddle (SUP) is a super fun and increasingly popular low-impact activity that can be done on any body of water. When done properly, SUP is a great TOTAL BODY workout that engages the muscles of the legs and glutes while specifically targeting core and upper body strength. The paddleboard rental includes paddle board, paddle and life preserver. All SUP rentals include board, paddle, PFD and leash.
