We build Beautiful, Super-Insulated home kits, that are the simplest to fabricate, package, ship and assemble. We're looking for people who like woodworking and are looking for an opportunity to do more than just manual labor. Duties: Every day we're doing something different. We handle everything from drafting 3D plans to snow removal. As well as packaging and shipping another product of ours. Our culture is everyone knowing what's going on, all moving in the same direction. Doing what you can to help move the company, a process or a new idea forward. To start you'll be using a skill saw, router, bandsaw etc. As you learn the system, we'll be determining what you are capable of and what you like doing. We have machinery and roller systems to handle timbers, but you need to be able to move timbers by hand from time to time. Qualifications: Some carpentry experience. You're not intimidated using a windows computer. You learn fast and will ask questions if you're not clear. You are open minded and can handle constructive criticism.
