The trailer can be moved if you want to or you can stay in the community(Pleasant Heights Community), however you will need to submit an application to the manager to move within the community. You are responsible for paying rent, which includes lot rent, internet/cable, water, trash. You have to pay electric separately. Appliances will be sold with trailer, stove, washer/dryer, microwave, and refrigerator. a shed is also included. There are skylights in the kitchen that do not leak, has working central air, and electric heat.
