i work full time 6 days a week. i am needing a small house (preferred) or duplex/fourplex to rent. under or around $600/month. location does not matter! i would prefer a place that has a fenced in yard, or a yard of some sort. if i am staying long enough, if i could pay to have a fence built, i would do that too. i have two trained dogs, one is a service dog bc i have severe health issues. they’re both up to date on everything and have a good vet. id be a great tenant and very appreciative of the housing. i am looking for an opportunity where someone could work with me on first month’s or deposit. it is just me. i’m quiet, wouldn’t be having people over is parties or anything like that. i have a job i work out of the house, and one from home. i am more than willing to do yard work, or fix things up inside. I would love to find a good long term rental, but i’m open to any arrangements. i just really need housing asap due to my jobs and the housing issues currently have interfering with my work. **only text please. serious landlords only! thank you! i would also consider renting a space for a short period of time if anyone is in the area of 13th and oliver or within 10 minutes of there. but i would not have my dogs with me, which is why it’d need to be short term. i greatly appreciate any help.
