Need to rehome parakeet-free to GOOD home!

My parakeet is not getting the attention from others in the house that she needs-ie, I am disabled and need to sleep certain hours and the other people in the house who said they would help by covering and uncovering her at morning and evenings, are not uncovering her. She is spending half her day covered, and it’s not fair to her. No, I cannot change my sleeping hours, don’t suggest it. I care for more animals than more humans even should, and this is one thing I can’t manage to do. I do all the rest of her care, including what progress she’s made in hand taming. She will come with all of her supplies. Her cage will need an upgrade, it’s the first one we got her. She has all her toys, her little bird bath 🛁, and she’s friendly enough. She’s never bitten me because I’ve always been calm, used millet to draw her to me and never forced her. She will perch on your finger inside of her cage and eat her millet, but I’ve not taken her out of her cage yet as I don’t think she’s ready.
