7 month old purebred corgi

We really hate to do this, but due to some unfortunate circumstances we decided we have to. She is a great dog but we just don't have the time or money we thought we'd have to dedicate to her. Due to an unexpected large garnishment from my paycheck, we do not have the funds to get her spayed or get her vaccines up to date. She is still definitely a puppy... will chew up your shoes or things left on a short table. Has a lot of energy. Pretty good with potty training but has a few accidents. Does love to chill and have a good cuddle or sploot by the air conditioner. Has been around one dog she does well with. Does ok with cats... chases sometimes but doesn't bite. Doesn't have accidents in her crate. Adoption fee $500. Have her papers. Will also come with crate
