Fun Workout inside a Pro Wrestling Ring - Better Than a Treadmill
Need a great workout but can be boring and not fun? Try it in a wrestling ring! Participate in running the ropes, shuffles, jumping, and more. Rolls and other fun activities are taught but not required. Do as much or as little as you want/can. We work hard to help you have a great and fun experience. Many have gotten into great shape through this workouts and we invite you to join us!
