NOTICE: MURPHY IS LOCATED IN KANSAS CITY, MO. Hi there! This is my purebred Cornish Rex, Murphy. He is in perfect health and is the perfect companion. He is about 6 years old, and I’ve had him for 4 years. I am heartbroken to have to post this, but I am looking for the perfect home for him as I am leaving the country for a while and can’t bring him. I am asking $150 re homing fee. I am just looking for the perfect match in terms of his new home. If someone works from home, that would be a great arrangement. He does well with other animals and kids, and would do well with a family or someone that is home a lot. He will sleep a majority of the day by you on his heating pad, or go back and forth from your lap to his bed. He is declawed on all four paws (from the previous owners) and can’t be an outdoor cat. He does LOVE to be outside though, and if you have a protected raised deck or lenai he will be out there all day, and loves the heat of summer. He is an early riser, and will wake you up my bumping his head into you around 6, perfect for early risers. He has the personality of a monkey/dog/cat combined, and gets energy spurts where he does laps around the house and makes a gobbling sound, it’s very entertaining. He also loves to play soccer with ping pong balls and will play fetch with hair ties. He gets very anxious when he’s by himself, and really hates to be alone overnight. He enjoys car rides, so bring him with you on your errands. He will even go in his little travel backpack, which I will give to you. And let’s not forget HE IS THE CUTEST/GOOFIEST CAT EVER and is so much fun and his hair grows in a beautiful wave pattern; he feels like an Angora Bunny!
