In the spirit of Great Gatsby and New York's Savoy Club, Live music, dancing, good food, and entertainment. Get on your glad rags and ditch your chaperone! Join us for an evening of dancing, eating, and 1920s fun at the Longwood Community Building in the heart of the historic downtown area of Longwood, Florida. This 9,000 square foot beautiful baby blue Victorian home has a magnificent ballroom where you can dance the night away in a gorgeous space defined by sky high vaulted ceilings, polished wood floors, and decorative pendant lighting reminiscent of the Great Gatsby era. There will be a simple dance lesson, and expert performances to inspire new dancers. Authentically vintage music from the Z Street Gatsby Band will have everyone dancing the night away. DJ's, Amy Davenport and Rusty Phillips, will be playing during the breaks. Light Hors D’oeuvres, water and soft drinks will be served at no additional cost. Attire for this event is "Black and White (real tuxedos and formal dresses) and/or vintage dressed like the era.” Dress to impress.
