HELP WANTED - HIRING MULTIPLE POSITIONS: Onboarding and Cross-Training on DAY 1! - WINDOW CLEANERS (Crew Lead/Manager, Crew Members) - WINDOW INSTALLERS (Crew Lead/Manager, Crew Members) - WINDOW REPAIR TECHS (Crew Lead/Manager, Crew Members) - EXECUTIVE ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE (Remote - Virtual) We are excited to share that our Team is growing! Window Maestros specializes in Premium Window Services and our goal outcome is to deliver each customer with a Premium Service and Experience. We offer a number of services to preserve, uphold, and restore Windows and Glass: Premium Window Cleaning, Window Installation, Window Repair, Window Screens, and MORE! You will enjoy a dynamic workload and work environment and work in an in-demand industry: WINDOWS. Each day presents a new challenge, learning opportunity, and is fulfilling work. We are seeking driven and motivated individuals to build out our Service crew. This role is very hands on, applying knowledge and skill to window services and projects we take on. You will be customer-facing, acting and engaging with our customers for estimates, service delivery, installs, etc. Each service requires a specialty knowledge and is supported by a helpful team, and well documented onboarding and training plan. We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals that will continue to improve the skills and knowledge required to service windows with high quality and customer satisfaction. Specialization is encouraged - if you are more skilled in a certain area, we encourage you working in your preferred skill area: Window Cleaning, Window Screens, Window Installation, Window Repair, etc. REQUIREMENTS: - Valid Driver’s License / US Work Authorization - Experience in windows/construction, team-based roles, and using tools/equipment - Growth Mindset and open to learning and sharing acquired knowledge and skills
