Only apply online. **Job responsibilities** - Using our shipping software to minimize our shipping cost - Picking, packing, and shipping out packages - Performing physical inventory counts - Arranging for and supervising labor - Unloading containers - Arranging trucking in and out - Inspecting and processing returns - Requesting reimbursements with Amazon and others - Checking our products for defects - Forecasting packaging needs - Making sure our security systems are working - Making sure FedEx and USPS pick-ups occur on time **Skills required** - High attention to detail. This is an absolute must. - SAFELY drive and use a forklift, safety is the number one priority in our warehouse. - Good and accurate counting/ arithmetic skills - Good computer skills **Location** - Warehouse is located at 21504 Interstate 20 Road, Wills Point, TX 75169, which is about 1 minute from exit 523 on interstate 20. The office is air conditioned but the warehouse is not. You will be expected to spend most of your time in the warehouse. - We are moving our operations to Austin, TX in March 2023. You can come with us. **Benefits** - Weekly payments - 10 days of vacation will be offered - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day (and others) will be paid holidays by the company, but you will need to work on Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve - Bonuses in January ranging from 0 to 12.5% of salary - These benefits are available after 3 month of probationary period
