Description

Large brown dog with collar no tags found running in the middle of the street with no fear whatsoever of cars on magnolia and the street right before garden Grove boulevard heading south. Panting heavily looks like he just got loose and running looking confused. I tried to hold on to him but he was too strong for me. There was an oriental man who jumped out of his car as well to catch him and I left him there with him.... Did he try to take him home with him. I was late for work so I had to leave the dog with this guy.
