Small lapdog in need of new home

I’m having to rehome this sweet older dog. Her previous owners passed away, one 4 years ago, the other this year. She is approximately 8 years old, in good health other than being overweight. She is about the size of a Boston terrier, small but not tiny, not sure of her breed. She just wants to snuggle. She does not like a leash, is afraid when you try and put one on her. She is fine with children. She is not used to cats, so barks at them a lot. She is house trained, but has had accidents if she isn’t let out regularly. Shots are probably not up to date since her previous owners had health issues and couldn’t afford it. I cannot keep her due to my schedule. Asking 40$ rehoming fee. Located in McMinn County
