Our NON-PROFIT 501c3, www.plastic-beach.com needs Board members and Volunteers to help reduce plastic bag pollution in North County. Our non-profit collects LDPE 4 plastic bags from North County businesses and helps them approach zero waste, become more sustainable, and hopefully also reduce their trash fees. Plastic waste is an issue continually in the news, and which a growing number of customers care about, and the State of California is now set to start regulating in the near future. Plastic Beach is already recycling over 1,000 lbs. of LDPE4 per month and showing that real, accountable solutions are possible. We are ready to scale up exponentially with support from invested volunteers and Board members, so we can expand our non-profit mission across the U.S.!
