Rehoming cat please help

Hello. This is Penny. She needs to be rehomed from a toxic environment. I would take her in but I don't have the means. She's the sweetest thing she just has a lot of anxiety from trauma and needs a patient new owner. If you are unable to rehome her any help or advice would be appreciated. I just want her to be happy and healthy because that's what she deserves. Please let me know. Thank you.
