Install Sump Pump & Grease Trap

Looking for a handy man with plumbing skills. We have an existing sump pump that we want to replace and a grease trap to install. The pictures show the existing sump pump, we already have what appears to be the same model to replace it with. We also need a grease trap installed under the sink shown in the pictures. We have the trap already. Please send me an email with some information about your skills and why you believe you can do this job. It won't be difficult for someone with basic PVC skills. I can pay you $25/hr to get the job done, or bid a flat rate for us to consider. This is going into a VACATION RENTAL that is always booked. The job will have to be done approximately between the hours of 11am and 3pm...check out is 11am, but many guests leave earlier. Check in is 3pm, but frequently guests arrive later. So you'll need to be prepared and quick to get the job done, and flexible enough to coordinate with us on the date of check out/in. We do have lots of other work here as well. If you do this job good and you are a reliable person, we can give you other jobs from time to time.
