PT Work You don’t need a college degree… or even a high school diploma… but Horse Experience is a MUST! We are a Miniature Horse showing and private breeding farm, not a boarding facility, and typically have several stallions to handle daily to and from their stalls. We are looking for the right person(s) to work with our team. This setup is not for everyone, but does provide a home base. Being a small acreage farm and limited number of horses, this is a PT job working 2 days a week (Fri- Sat.), 4-5 hours a day (and potential help with coverage if needed when we are gone). Work is in exchange for housing and ALL Utilities only … including Xfinity Wifi, Power, Electric / propane Heat, Garbage, Tiny Home living (clean 5th wheel trailer). Washer and Dryer available, additional inside ½ bath, microwave and RV refrigerator. This is a $1,200 per month rental value including all utilities! No increases to worry about. No month to month guessing if you’ll be able to pay rent. To put in perspective, this compensation equates to approx. $25 per hour pay for the hours you do work! This is an employment opportunity, not a rental situation, and is only offered for the work exchange. Typically only dealing with no more that 8-10 Miniature Horses, counting foals.
