Rehoming for cat

I am looking to rehome my cat to a good and loving family. His name is Milo. He is about 7 - 8 months old. It is a male but he is neutered so he doesn’t spray. He is extremely playful and loves to snuggle as seen in the above pictures. He does not do well with other dogs, as I have tried with mine and it’s just not working out like I had hoped. I personally don’t have children but he has spent time with my niece and nephew and he has never scratched either of them. I do have paperwork for him from his previous owner but nothing current. He’s very shy at first but once he’s comfortable he will seek attention and love. He will come with his litter box, a litter mat, food and water feeders, a cat tree, his toys, and whatever food he has left. I am asking for a small rehoming fee due to everything that will be going with him and to ensure he goes to a caring home.
