Post construction cleaning We pay $15 an hour per must be reliable and trustworthy. must be able to start work on Monday the 8th from 7 am-3 pm Please be experienced in Post Construction 3 phase cleaning let's not waste each other's time we ARE NOT TRAINING YOU AN PAYING YOU $15 PER HOUR. We are looking for Cleaners and Crewleaders WITH 2 OR MORE YEARS to do new construction commercial cleaning 3 phase cleaning. WE ARE STARTING THIS PROJECT ON 8/08/2022 Responsibilities Clean New Construction Commercial Buildings (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner of 2 or more years Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity' 'COVID-19 Precaution(s): Remote interview process Personal protective equipment provided or required Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Monday through Friday Typical end time: 3 PM Typical start time: 7 AM A good fit for applicants who are willing to grow with the company.
