2 year old pit/chocolate pab

I have a 2 year old pit bull/chocolate lab that I need to find a new home for. She’s a good dog but when I got her at 6 months old I was told she was fine with other animals and kids but she’s not. She’s had a few close calls with neighbors dogs and I’m just worried she will get out and hurt someone or their animal. I’ve tried positive reinforcement, I’ve tried socializing her with friends animals, I’ve even tried the training collar reluctantly. I work a lot and don’t have all that much time to give her the love and training she needs so at this point while she’s still young I think it’s the right decision to find a home that can give her the attention she needs.
