Add 2 drains to basement

I need someone to add 2 drains to my basement. It is about a 10 foot run. In the pictures, 1 drain will be under the desk in the middle and it will be for a kitchen sink. The second drain will be at the base of the steps, we are going to add a door 1 foot away from the bottom of the stairs and want a drain between the step and the door in case water comes down to prevent flooding the basement. Both drains can connect to the drain in the bathroom where the sink used to be (unless you advise against it). In the picture, the bathroom sink drain is covered in silver tape. We have a mason that will pour concrete over the drains, we just need to hire someone to jackhammer the line and add the drains. Please provide a quote for labor only and a brief description of your experience doing similar work. We'll assume we need to rent a jackhammer from Home Depot and purchase materials.
