Live-In Superintendent For Apartment Building in Washington Heights. Free Two-Bedroom Apartment Included. We are one of the largest and most respected residential apartment management companies in NYC. Must have a minimum of three years experience. Must submit resume showing experience as superintendent in NYC apartment buildings, including address of building where you worked. Job Responsibilities Include: * Daily cleaning of all common areas; Daily cleaning of the front sidewalk to avoid fines. * Daily inspection of building systems, including boiler and elevator. * Responsible for taking all trash and recycling to sidewalk. * Respond immediately to requests of property manager. * Light electrical, plumbing, and repairs. Must be available to start within the next thirty days. This is a full time, live-in position
