FULL-TIME RESIDENTIAL BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT Live-in Position (2 bedroom apt. included). Hourly Pay Must have at least two years of experience as a superintendent in New York. Must provide resume/list of prior positions/buildings. Responsibilities: Daily inspection of all building systems, including boiler and elevator. Light repairs. Keep sidewalk and common areas clean on a daily basis. Light plumbing; light electrical. Apartment turnovers. Respond to tenant requests... handle emergencies. EXPERIENCE AS SUPER IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDING REQUIRED.
