LOOKING FOR A ROBERT GERARD FINN dob AUG 25th 1958 Found in niagara falls ny a few weeks ago I found someone's passport and bus ID card in a shopping cart along with a bunch a reciepts and what looked like a grocery bag strewn in front of the bus stop in front of Walmart on military road in niagara falls, NY. I have had alot going on but finally am getting around to it now.If you are this person, or know them please contact me so I can get it back to you I know passports are expensive to get and replace.
