bass player looking to start band

Im a bass player looking to start up a band with some likeminded people so Im going to throw this idea out there and see what happens. In a perfect world, I would find 2 or 3 peeps willing to try this but I don’t have high hopes, yet I believe in serendipity. If something is meant to be, then its meant to be. I have been in a few bands out in Arizona, but now I am back living in Boston and ready to start playing again. Im influenced by most everything I listen to and like but my goal is to play old school punk. Covers and /or originals. I have lyrics for a bunch of original songs if this works out. I also want this to be slightly unconventional and could see a saxophone in the mix. I would also want a guitarist that understands some harmony, chord charts, and the difference between G7, G-7, and GMaj7. Maybe its too much to ask for in Punk genre but I want to take it up a notch. I also would prefer a female singer but open to all. I live near Somerville. Don’t have a practice space so looking to rent and split cost for jam room. I work full time, flexible schedule.
