Hello, I have a great apartment, except the wood floor squeaks so badly in high traffic areas that it makes living there impossible. I bought 'squeak no more' screws, but can't find the floor joists to screw them into. Can you help? I would need all this to take place around Aug 4-5. I'll be traveling so will need to work with you on the date. I have some other small projects that need fixing too, like a small sink leak and putting on the new kitchen sink faucet. Let me know how much you would charge per hour (something fair to both of us) and also why I should hire you. JW
