Cleaning townhouse, small patio cleaning $15 per hr

Hi, It's a beautiful townhouse that needs a good cleaning, including the windowsills, door frames, light switches, etc. 1.5 bathrooms and kitchen island need to be done the most. The back porch will need swept, hosed down and weeds pulled around the edge. The edge is about 6 inches wide. The patio is 6 feet wide x 15 feet long. SUPPLIES I've injured my shoulder so I have a robot vacuum now but you'll need to bring any general cleaners and rags. I do have some finishing supplies. You might want to bring a mop. ADDITIONAL WORK... I have an upright carpet shampooer. The steps need done for the 1st cleaning. The floors include 1 bedroom, the stairs, 1 hallway and 4 rugs, the rest of the floors are wood laminate and ceramic. The rugs and bedroom carpet can be done later. The 1 bedroom and a 2nd bath, only need done on occasion. There is also some handy work, if you're interested.... some touch up painting, hanging a picture, etc. PAY Experience preferred. It pays $15 per hour. Plan for on 3 or 5 hours the first time BUT 2 or 3 hours for each additional one, every 2 or 3 weeks. Basically... the 1st cleaning is a general cleaning and the back patio.
