Urban Church Leadership Center (UCLC) Workshops foster an environment where pastors and church leaders can build relationships, share their experiences through learning and discussion, and gain practical knowledge that will strengthen their church and the families within it. The UCLC’s next Workshop is on the topic of Leading Through Self-Discovery. In this one-night event, offered in both English and Spanish, participants will have the opportunity to slow down and better understand how God made them and how they can rejoice in their unique gifts and talents. Participants will consider where they could be more in balance in their daily routine as well as their leadership style so that they can grow in their ability to serve and build strong churches and healthy families. The UCLC is a personal and professional development center that equips church leaders with training, coaching, and learning resources to build and serve strong churches and healthy families. When churches are strong and families are healthy, communities will flourish.
