HANDYMAN WANTED - to help 79 YO senior with limited funds has a couple of quickie AIR CONDITIONED - INSIDE JOBS in N. Tewksbury.
FIRST: to install a toilet seat on my 2nd floor toilet. My health has not been good of late and I have difficulty in leaning down and using tools in tight spaces. The old toilet seat hinge broke off last week. I purchased a replacement. That's when I found out I don't have the coordination to install it. Age has some pluses and some minuses - this is definitely a minus (smile().
SECONDLY: to help me re-varnish my 1st-to-2nd floor stair railing. It needs a light sanding and then two coats of varnish.
