Low income artist looking for indoor space for wood carving

Greetings everyone, I'm a chainsaw sculptor looking for a small indoor space with air conditioning on the ground floor. Possibly a garage, as this hot weather is taking it's toll on my ability to do my fine tuning with my grinders and Dremel work. I have to wear a full faced respirator. I specialize in carving wild life, such as bears and owls and also I do cigar store Indian carvings. I'm living on a fixed income. And very low on funds. Was hoping to barter in exchange for the space. Willing to trade a carving or do odd jobs such as property up keep and maintenance. I'm fifty nine years old. With health problems, and can't work a full time job. Just hoping someone will see this post and possibly reach out to me.
