Description
Maintenance man to deal with 8 rentals city of Charleston.
Should be able to do replacement windows, basic carpentry, laminate flooring, PLUMBING,
Change lightbulbs, decks, siding, supervise others. If you can do roofing n gutters or concrete work
20-40 hours weekly.
Salary depends on skill set
Range 12-25 Increase after 90 days
Potential for full time after summer my main guy
is retiring 9/4.
