In this workshop we will: Discover what it means to respect & accept your body - and how to get to a place of loving your body.Journal & manifest on what your ideal body & health looks like for YOU and how to get here. Use breathwork set to music to embody this new mindset & lock in the new beliefs that will lead you on your way to feeling like a confident badass in your body!This is for you if you: Constantly looking in the mirror and not loving what you see (or avoiding mirrors all together)Want to look in the mirror and think "Damnnnn I look good!"Always feel like you need to change your appearance to appeal to others.Want to finally respect & feel good in your body, but at this point you don't even know where to start.Are ready to feel strong, confident & at peace with yourself & your body.A little about Breathwork: Breathwork Benefits include: Release of stored emotional energy in the bodyStress & anxiety reliefBalance of the nervous systemHeart/brain coherenceAmplified intuition, insights & creativityImprove oxygen efficiencyEnhanced clarity & directionGreater alignment and connection to oneself.Accessing expanding states of consciousnessAlthough holotropic breathwork has a ton of benefits for most, there are a few situations where I advise that you do not participate in this type of breathwork.
