For the first time in Hampton Roads, Tidewater Ukrainian Cultural Association and Tidewater Ukrainian School invite locals to celebrate Ukrainian Independence Day. Come and taste the Ukrainian-influenced buffet featuring live music, games, raffles, and other family-friendly activities. Join the sweet varenyky (Ukrainian pierogies) eating competition! Bring home unique Ukrainian crafts and souvenirs! All of the proceeds of the event will be accepted by Tidewater Ukrainian School as 501c3 non-profit organization and to be used towards Ukrainian relief.
