Join Reiki Master Crystal Chinn as she guides you through a beautiful sound healing experience. She combines guided meditations, Reiki, and Crystal Singing Bowls in her 60 min group session. You are welcome to arrive up to 20 min early to settle in, journal, pull oracle cards, meditate, and stretch. The sound bath will start promptly on the hour for a full 60 min session. Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow, water bottle (anything you need to create a warm, comfortable space for your experience).
