I received a letter in the mail the other day from a realtor. He told me about a home that just sold in my neighborhood. I thought to myself; what in the world do I need to know about a home that sold! If I was looking for a home, wouldn't I want to see what is available? I am a graphic artist and have an electronic brochure that shows homes that realtors can email, put on social media, or could be posted anywhere they wanted to draw attention about what's in their area. That is the way to sell homes, show people pictures, mention about the amenities. If you want to see more, you might want to check out what these are like. I will be posting a sample of one.
