Overdose Mapping is a prevention tool being implemented across the country to track and plan for the current overdose epidemic. The Texoma HIDTA continues to educate, community stakeholders, Fire and Rescue, and Law Enforcement on this tool and how it may be implemented to prevent overdoses in their communities.
Steve Toth: Texoma High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Drug Intel Officer (DIO) Retired ATF Group Supervisor. Supporting the CDC and HIDTA’s Overdose Response Strategy (ORS) program in the North Texas area. Facilitates interagency, public health/safety collaboration and distributes intelligence.
Joshua Reyes: Joint Counterdrug Task Force Drug Demand Reduction Outreach (DDRO) Specialist. Attached to the Texoma HIDTA to support the Overdose Response Strategy in the North Texas Area. Performs data analysis and entry into OD Map, and facilitates collaboration between public health/safety and the community.
