Calling ALL Small, other Minority-Owned, Women-Owned Consultants, Builders, Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC, Roofers, I.T. pros, Therapists, Chiropractors, Contractors, Doctors, Dentists, Lawyers, Movers, Restaurants, Food trucks, Caterers, & all other Black Business Owners!! Our July Arlington Black Chamber General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 28th, 2022 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Tu-Chi of Arlington located at 2525 E. Arkansas Ln, Suite #253, Arlington, Texas 76011. After many requests, we've decided to extend our power networking time until 10:00pm!! We have many Members & potential members driving in as far as Plano, Frisco, Waco, and Denton and want to make sure they have enough opportunity to Meet & Greet as many Business owners as possible too. Our Guest Speaker is Stephen Mason, Mayor of Cedar Hill and Owner of Mas-Tek Engineering & Associates, which provides geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services. Prior to his election as mayor in May 2019, Stephen Mason served as city council member in Place 5 for nine years, three of those as Mayor Pro Tem. Stephen was first encouraged to serve the city by his father, who was very active in the community and served on the Executive Board for the Chamber of Commerce. Prior to his service on the city council, Stephen chaired the Planning & Zoning Commission and served on the Cedar Hill Comprehensive Planning Committee, the Chamber of Commerce Executive Board, the Best Southwest Board of Directors, and the Lake Ridge Elementary Site-based Committee. He served on the Texas Municipal League Board of Directors from 2013 to 2017 and is a graduate of Leadership North Texas.
