The first round of selected applicants will be notified on August 4, and then on a rolling basis. Please confirm invitation acceptance within 48 hours of notification with a full intake form (including proof of service) and a non-refundable deposit (see Eventbrite page for details). Costs of Attendance$100/veteran ($50/child) NON-REFUNDABLEPre-cruise costs for attendees: There is a non-refundable deposit of $100/per adult (ages 18+) and $50/per child (ages 5-17). Deposit to be paid to Camp SHiEld within 48 hours of being notified that your application has been accepted. Deposit will be forfeited for any cancellations after the deposit has been paid.Costs covered by Camp SHiEld: Camp SHiEld will cover cruise fees, taxes, and port charges for women Veterans and their dependent children. Spouses/significant others/family members are welcome to attend the cruise, however, there will be a cost of $350/per person payable upon booking. Please let us know if your family member other will be joining us within 48 hours of acceptance. Costs at embarkation: Multiple parking options available, ranging $60-$90, some of which offer veteran discounts. Cruise participants and guests are responsible for paying own incidentals and mandatory gratuities, including any optional beverage packages, optional dining experiences, W-Fi and excursions.
