CDL Truck Owner w/TWIC Card

I have received a job picking up containers from the Port of Houston. The containers will be delivered to West Texas (Pyote, about 547 Miles). I am looking for individual truck owners that can pick up these containers. These are ready for pick up this week as I understand the boat is in or will be in a day or 2. I also have to move pallets via flatbed or Gooseneck from the Port as well. So if you also have a TWIC and a gooseneck available I would be interested in knowing your rates and availability.
