Looking for suggestions

I have a 6 month old pup. Great pup, very friendly, loves people, cats, dogs. Slim has only one problem. He does not like vehicles, or anything motor wise. Car, pickup, lawn mower, weed Wacker. Usually parked or non running vehicles don't bother him. Semi trucks don't bother him. He doesn't bark at people or animals, unless another dog, barks at him. I have tried a variety of things to correct the barking. I've tried rewarding, for not barking, ignoring the barking, a muzzle, a shock collar, both shocking, and vibration collars and, nothing is helping. He's not a dumb dog. Does well on leash, knows his name and some commands. If you have any suggestions or ideas, please let me know!!! Thank you for your time
