Coastal Blitz NFL FLAG FOOTBALL, in conjunction with Under The Lights Flag Football, Beast Behavior and GameChangerz Athletics will be sponsoring a free flag skills camp that's only for the girls. They will go through quickness and speed drills before being taught the mechanics of carrying the football, passing, running routes, catching, and defending.
