Come join the team from Slow Roll MSP in partnership with the Minnesota Lynx to celebrate Syl Fowles' passion for cycling and building community. We will celebrate her career of contributions and her final ride season by exploring BIKE LOVE on the Northside. Space is limited. Sylvia Fowles was the second overall pick in the 2008 WNBA draft and was selected by the Chicago Sky. She spent seven seasons with the Sky before coming to Minnesota in 2015. With the Lynx, she has set numerous records for the franchise and the league, including becoming the only player in WNBA history to reach 6000+ career points and 3500+career rebounds. She leads the franchise in blocks, defensive rebounds, and field goal percentage. Fowles is on pace to pass Rebekkah Brunson for the franchise’s all-time leading rebounder. Syl leads the WNBA in all-time rebounds, defensive rebounds, and field goal percentage....and she loves to bike!
