Looking for a serious workout partner with experience in body building for 1 or 2 days a week for 1.5 to 2 hours.
I work a push/pull/leg routine at a local gym in Port Hueneme called House of Gains. This is a serious gym for people wanting to make gains. I have been into body building for the last 2.5 years and have already made plenty of gains myself, but I could use pointers and new exercises to switch up with. I am all about form over weight. Not looking for arch benchers or corner cutters. Male or female makes no difference as long as you come with your own experience and gains that show that experience. If interested, hit me up here. This is a 24hr gym but my hours during the week are 3:30pm to 5 or 5:30pm. Possibly a later workout of 7:00pm to 8:30pm can work for me too. Weekends are a little more flexible. I weigh 212 but trying to gain a little more so if you know a good bulking diet, I would love to hear it.
