What we will do?1. Yoga - Astanga and PranayamaKrishna Chandra has been training in the Yoga tradition for over 10 years from a lineage going back thousands of years. His background as a choreographer allows him to bring novel perspectives and variations into the yoga postures.
He will also teach breathing exercises that help one train the mind and improve digestion.
