Description

This Childbirth Education course is designed to help prepare you and your coach for the birth of your child. This is a class to prepare expectant mothers and their partners, mentally and physically, for delivery. Participants are instructed in breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce discomfort during labor and delivery. The recommended attendance is in the 28th week of pregnancy. This course is offered as a service of North Okaloosa Medical Center.
