Lost Car Carrier with Spare Tire

Lost car carrier with spare tire and rim on W Cherry Ave between N Leroux and N Thorpe Rd. The tire is lock to carrier with kryptonite lock. The tire is not for a car. Lost it Friday morning about 1am. Didn't realize it was gone until Saturday. As reward you can keep the carrier ($100 value) I need to get spare tire with rim and locks back. Please return. I'm a senior on fixed income and can't afford to lose the tire and rim. Again, please return it to me. Thank you so much.
